Hello. We found your ancestor, Charles Mi...Mary,

Hello. We found your ancestor, Charles Minarcik in the muster rolls of Company I, 2nd U.S. Cavalry. He fought at the Battle of Powder River on March 17, 1876. We are working on an American Battlefield Preservation Program grant through the National Park Service to further tell the story of the battle. It is very difficult to find photographs of identified soldiers from this period, so we were very excited to see your blog. Would you allow us to use your image in our report when finished. If so, we would be happy to provide a copy to you.

You can contact us at dave.eckroth@gmail.com and jaeger.tar@gmail.com.

If you would like to discuss in more detail what this grant entails please feel free to call Dave Eckroth at 406-672-1579.

Sincerely,

Dave Eckroth
Jaeger Held
Eck's Archeology / History Projectshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03657890005924471330noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5277300092384868284.post-5629989738351505052016-07-22T15:05:22.099-07:002016-07-22T15:05:22.099-07:00This comment has been removed by the author.Eck's Archeology / History Projectshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03657890005924471330noreply@blogger.com
